The Forum will focus on primary areas ranging from Dealer Insolvency and Dealer Relations, SAFE Act Implementation Across the Country, Loan Modification and Foreclosure Rescue Scams, and Credit Card Industry Revamp. The conference will be an excellent opportunity to participate in discussions on timely issues, work with industry leaders and meet your state regulator at joint educational sessions.

The forum is for anyone interested in the consumer credit industry at the state level.* State Government affairs professionals, attorneys, CEOs, licensing staff, licensing and compliance executives will all gain a lot from attending. NACCA will welcome state banking commissioners and other administrators, and their licensing and examination staffs.
